DOT REGULATIONS

West Virginia University complies with the U.S. Department of Transportation requirements relative to drug and alcohol testing for safety sensitive personnel, as defined by the  Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the  Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) .
